It was being rumored that TNA wrestler Ken Anderson, formally known as Ken Kennedy in the WWE, is currently working on a per night deal with Total Nonstop Action.  Thus, Anderson is not working with a contract.

Anderson was released from the WWE in May of 2009 after an altercation with then WWE Champion, Randy Orton.  He debuted with TNA at their most recent pay per view, Genesis, defeating Abyss.  Anderson has also worked the lastest tapings for Impact as well.
