The Wrestling Observer is reporting there are two major obstacles in TNA's way of signing Paul Heyman. The first is Heyman wants full control of the company, more or less, and TNA do not want to give it to him. They want him as a booker, which Heyman is not interested in as he believes a booking change is not enough to turn TNA around.

The second problem is that Heyman would also want to bring in his own crew, wrestlers and office staff. TNA has no interest in making such changes.

Right now it's believed Heyman will not be at next month's Hard Justice PPV.
