-Dixie Carter has confirmed on her Twitter page that Awesome Kong has been released. This is what Carter had to say:

"Due to personal reasons, Kong asked for/was granted an early release from contract. We support her during this time & hope she is back soon"

-During last nights Destination X PPV, AJ Styles was sporting a replica of the championship belt, the very same belt that can be purchased from TNA's merchandise site. The actual championship belt is damaged, with a couple of missing stones and a chip on the name plate.

-According to Dave Meltzer, Brother Ray and Taz have pitched an idea to TNA brass to bring in Paul Heyman and Tommy Dreamer to do an ECW vs. Wolfpac type angle/feud.

-This past weeks replay of Impact on Thursday drew 0.8, the same as the Monday night rating. This is the second week in a row that the replay has drawn the same as the original broadcast.
